•Please ensure to make the bank transfer in the applicant’s name.
•Handling charges for bank transfer are to be borne by the person remitting the amount.
•If the applicant’s bank does not transact with the above mentioned bank, the handling charges deducted might be large. In such a case, the actual expenses can be claimed after enrolling into the school.
•The processing fee will not be refunded at any cost.
•The tuition fees for the first year has to be paid in full as a school rule. The Admission Certificate will be issued only after the confirmation of the receipt of payment for the entire amount.
•The payment made towards tuition fees will not be refunded at any cost. However, regardless of acceptance of delivery of Certificate of Eligibility for Resident Status, if the person himself/herself has cancelled the visit to Japan before entering into the country due to unavoidable circumstances, the refund of Matriculation Fee, Tuition Fee, Others (cost of equipments, teaching materials, healthcare) will be made in exchange for Certificate of Eligibility for Resident Status and Admission Certificate..
•Incase remittance is made from overseas, please take the responsibility to make the relevant remittance charges of the bank and ensure to make the payment in full.
【Documents to be Submitted】
•As a principle, we do not return the documents that have been submitted.
•Ensure to attach a Japanese translation of all the non-Japanese documents.
•Ensure that all the documents submitted to the Immigration Department are issued within the 3 months before the date of submission. (End of November, End of March, End of May, and End of September)

(1)Documents about Applicants
1. Application Form
Prescribed form. 3 Sheets. To be filled by the applicant only. Regardless of living with parents or not, enter the details of all the family members in the Family Column.
• Please do not use the correction liquid.
2. Purpose of Study
Prescribed Form. To be filled by the applicant only. Please enter the personal history of the student, particulars about intentions of studying in Japan, and even the expectation after completion of Japanese Study, in detail.
• Please do not use the correction liquid.
3. Graduation Certificate from the last school attended.
4. Transcript of Results from the last school attended.
5. Certificate of Registration (For Students)
Certificate of Registration from the currently enrolled Senior High School or University
6. Certificate of Employment (For Employed People)
Applicant who is employed
7. Japanese Learning Certificate or Certificate of Eligibility for JLPT
Applicants who have studied Japanese Language should provide the total number of hours of Japanese Study and a statement of results. It is mandatory to have passed JLPT N5.
Applicants who have passed the JLPT examination should submit the original eligibility certificates. The same applies for J-TEST and NAT-TEST.

Height X Width - 4 X 3 cms. Should be taken within the last 3 months. Submit the same photograph for all the 6 copies. Please affix 1 copy on the application.

(2)Documents to support Tuition and Living Expenses.
If the applicant himself makes the payment:
1. Certificate of Bank Deposit in the name of the applicant himself/herself
While being enrolled at the school, the applicant should have sufficient balance to support the tuition fee as well as living expenses in Japan.
2. Proof of Annual Income
Applicants should submit copies of documents which provide verification of assets such as photocopy of passbook for the last 3 years.
If a person residing overseas makes the payment instead of Applicant:
1. Certificate of Financial Support
Prescribed Format.to be filled by the person making payment only. Please specify the details of Amount of Assistance, mode of payment and others.
2. Certificate of Bank Deposit of the Sponsor
The deposit should be equivalent to 3,000,000 JPY.
Applicants should submit copies of documents which provide verification of assets such as photocopy of passbook for the last 3 years.

If the sponsor is in a private business, please attach a copy of the Business License.
5. Certificate of Tax Payment of the Sponsor
Please submit the Tax Payment Certificate issued by the Taxation Bureau. (Statement of Salary or income for the last 3 years)
6. Proof of Relationship with the Applicant and the Sponsor
Certificate of Parent-Child Relationship, Official Copy of Family Register, Birth Certificate, Authentic Kinship Certificate, etc

If the person staying at Japan will make the payment:

Original copy of Municipal Tax - Tax Declaration Certificate with Statement of Total Income, issued by the Ward Office or the Municipal Office.

Application
Comply with the processing fees along with the application documents. (To be submitted by Applicant or the Contact Person)
Selection of the applicants
The school selects applicants by examining the applicants’ documents, interview the applicants, and their contact person, and giving the applicants an examination. The result is to be announced to the applicants or their contact person.
Application for Immigration
The school undertakes the application of Certificate of Eligibility for Resident Status with the Immigration Office.
Delivery of Certificate of Eligibility for Resident Status
After the inspection of documents, the school will be notified by the Immigration Office regarding the issuance of authorized status of residence. (Within 3 month after submitting the application). Payment will have to be made towards Matriculation Fee, Tuition Fee and Others (Cost of equipment, teaching materials and health care).
Visa Acquisition
School will send the Eligibility Certificate, Admission Certificate to the Applicant or to the Contact Person. The applicant will submit his/her passport and the Certificate of Eligibility for Resident Status to the Japanese Embassy or Consulate in her/her country.
Arrival in Japan
Student should arrive at Japan by Orientation Day and the Classification Test. Commencement of Study.
Alien Registration (Foreign Resident Registration)
Students should register their new address in Japan for their Residence card, get National Health Insurance, open their bank account, and get a cell phone.
