Preparatory Course
●Download Application for Admission below, fill in the form and email it to our school.
『Application Form for Preparatory Course』
●Mail the required documents for Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau which we inform you, to our school.
（The documents not in English, must be with Japanese Translation）
＊In case an intermediary agent executes these process, actual expense will be charged.
●We send the required documents which you mailed to us, to Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau.（Documents except original will not be returned.）
●Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau issues Certificate of Eligibility for Resident Status if there is no problem.
●Pay the school expenses for the first year to our school.

・No refunds are to be made except the following reason.
★The Applicant has to decide not to come to Japan for unavoidable reasons although he/she has received Certificate of Eligibility for Resident Status.
In that case, School Expenses exclude Selection fee will be refunded in exchange
for Certificate of Eligibility for Resident Status and Letter of Admission.

Note ;
・Please make sure to pay in the name of Applicant.
・Please kindly bear all bank charges concerned with his/herself.
・If Applicant’s bank does not have a transaction with the above bank, the bank charge
will be deducted more than usual, therefore please kindly note that we have to claim
the Applicant the actual expense after he/she enter our school.
●Original Certificate of Eligibility for Resident Status and Original Letter of Admission will be sent to the Applicant after the payment of school expense is confirmed.
●Apply his/her Student Visa with the required documents to Japanese Embassy/a consulate in Applicant’s country.
●Student Visa will be issued if there is no Problem and Applicant is admitted to
come to Japan.
Short-term Course
＊The eligibility for applicants to Short-term Course is;
Applicants, who are permitted to stay in Japan, such as people who have a Working Holiday Visa, Family Stays Visa, or Spouse Visa.
●Download Application for Short-Term Course and Yearly Class Schedule below, fill in the form and mail/bring them to our school.

●Enrollment Fee and Tuition will be informed by email or in person after confirming the Class Schedule with the applicant.
●Class will be started after the payment has been done. Payment instruction is the same as Preparatory Cause. Please refer the detail above.
★Free Trial Lesson is available at any time.

Private Lessons
＊The eligibility for Applicants to Private lessons is;
Applicants, who are permitted to stay in Japan, such as people who have a Working Holiday Visa, Family Stays Visa, or Spouse Visa.
